Fall Fitness Support Group – Apply TODAY!

fall fitnessWe are now accepting applications for our Fall Fitness Support Group!

Do you have health & fitness goals that you would like to reach this fall?  Are you looking for a simple and straightforward workout & nutrition plan that is realistic for your lifestyle and busy schedule?  Are you the type of person who would like someone to be there to help motivate and hold you accountable?

I’m looking for 10 individuals to who are ready to start making DAILY progress with their health and fitness. I plan to coach, mentor, and hold these 10 accountable next month in our Online Support group that starts October 3rd.

If you are interested in getting one-on-one help from a Certified Fitness Trainer and Coach (me) apply today to be considered for one of the 10 spots we have available!  If chosen, you will receive group motivation, fitness & meal planning support, plus get daily positivity & accountability.

Before I got involved with coaching and these groups I was a HOT mess.  I was a new Mom who had gotten OFF track with my fitness.  I was sick and tired of being TIRED, the daily aches and pains, and I literally felt like I had NO time for ME.  My anxiety, depression, and obsessiveness had me feeling TRAPPED. Sadly, I was unhappy with my life, even though I was truly BLESSED

I felt isolated and uncomfortable in my skin and I KNEW that I needed to do SOMETHING quick! So, I took a leap of faith and joined a group just like this one!  I started exercising again, eating clean, drinking Shakeology.  Plus, I FINALLY got plugged into the type of SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY that I needed.

By changing things up, getting some help and guidance, and having a group of others JUST like me to help keep me on track – my whole life was and is still being transformed.

Now that I have been doing these groups for over 3 years now, I am in the BEST shape and health of my life.  My marriage just keeps getting better. Not only that, I have inspired so many others to have the same type of change as I have.  As a result of this, I am less stressed, more relaxed, and can handle situations so much better now.

I can do things I NEVER thought would be possible!  This is why I am SO passionate about leading these groups and WHY I am actively looking for 10 to join me this October.

I’m looking for those who are serious about changing the way they look and feel. I plan to help each of these people every step of the way to make sure that they are successful.

Are you are READY to start your own transformation story with me this October?  If so, fill out the application at the link below and then reach out to me via email at lcs.buzzell@gmail.com.

Butternut Squash Slow Cooker Soup

Butternut Squash at it’s BEST!

Fall is just around the corner and it just so happens that butternut squash have also reached their ideal ripeness (starting in early Autumn). What perfect timing for a delicious, comforting, and easy to make soup like this!

This creamy soup recipe showcases the rich, sweet flavor of this tasty squash.  Most of the people in my family are not fans of squash, but EVERYONE loved this soup!  I am in love with this soup’s smooth texture and it’s buttery sweet-savory flavor.  This soup is low in fat and rich in fiber so it not only hearty but also HEART healthy too!

butternut squash

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion
6 cups veggie broth
1/2 butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 sweet potato, peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 can Cannellini beans
1/4 teaspoon salt

Add all of your ingredients into the slow cooker – be sure to secure the lid.
Turn it on low, and leave for 6 hours (or on high for 3 hours).
Use an immersion blender to make a smoother texture and enjoy!

One more thing! Don’t throw away the seeds! Butternut squash seeds are an amazing source of dietary fiber and mono-unsaturated fatty acids which are heart healthy! They are packed with minerals, protein, minerals, and even tryptophan! Tryptophan is the same amino acid that is found in the turkey that makes you SOOOO sleepy each year after Thanksgiving dinner!  Click HERE for a great recipe for Toasted Butternut Squash Seeds.
