Yep, that’s right – the theme of our April Fitness and Wellness Support Group is We BEE Family!
Why is this? It’s because our groups are like a big fitness family… a bunch of workout buddies who are there for each other.
–> Ladies who are far from perfect but who are ready to do their very best every single day.
–> Ladies who know the value of having group accountability and support.
–> Ladies who would bend over backwards to lift you back up when you’re feeling down and make sure that you stay on track.

Fear of failure is one of the reasons that I hear the most…
You may have started something in the past, you tried to do it on your own, or maybe you have even have tried some fad diets or some quick fixes that have made promises that they didn’t deliver and left you skeptical and hesitant to try again.
Well – I’m here to tell you that you should never let fear hold you back from starting again and doing things the RIGHT way.
I did it, and I know you can too!
After I had my son Parker, I was unmotivated, tired, too busy, and I honestly felt very isolated as a stay-at-home mom.
I knew what I WANTED to do and what I NEEDED to do for my health, but it was so much easier to just sit back and feel blah.
Working out, eating healthy, and getting in shape is hard!
I’m not going to sugarcoat it.
But do you know what else is hard?
Feeling uncomfortable in your skin.
And not feeling healthy.
I went from feeling blah to feeling amazing. Went from feeling depressed and tired to having energy and spunk. I went from feeling bloated and chubby to feeling toned and strong.
Choose your hard!
I promise you, that from my experience, I have learned that the highroad of doing it the right way, exercising daily, meal planning, eating healthy, getting enough water in, and being consistent with it is a way better form of hard than sitting around feeling sorry for yourself.
Our group is starting April 4 and I am looking for 20 ladies who are ready to get up, get moving, and get to feeling better than they have felt in a very long time – Or maybe even better than they have ever felt!
